How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with a Visa Card, Master Card and Paypal.

What currency is used on this site?
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

What should I do if my credit card has been declined?
If your credit card has been declined, it's best to talk to your local bank. If they can't help you please consider Paypal.

If your order is declined and used again on the same day of purchase and accepted, we will contact you to confirm your order to eliminate suspicious fraudulent activity.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
Yes. Nature Nurture Fizzy Potions is compliant with the industry standard for protection of personal information (PCI).

Any of our pages which require you to enter personal details are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology, which protects the information as it is sent to us from your computer. Any page which is secured with SSL can be identified by checking the URL. If it says 'https' rather than the standard 'http' then it is a secure webpage. This system is used by all reputable online shopping sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Can I pay using PayPal or BPay?
We are able to offer payments with PayPal however BPay is currently not available at this time.

Refunds for purchases made with PayPal will be refunded to the credit card linked to your PayPal account.

Can I pay using Afterpay?
We, are currently working on making Afterpay available.

Can I order online if I don't have a credit card?
Yes, we also accept payments using Paypal.

Suspicious Activity
If your payment details are incorrect in multiple fields and several declines have presented in the one transaction, this activity is flagged with Nature Nurture. We will contact you by Phone and Email to confirm your order and activity. If we believe the transaction is suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund to the original payment method. Any future orders will be declined until we are satisfied the information supplied to us and our merchant are true and valid.

If we are unsuccessful in raising / reaching you by phone and email, we will cancel your order without further notice within 24hr period. If we contact you and the information is incorrect or emails are bounced back / returned to us as invalid, we will immediately cancel your order and refund original payment source.
