Shipping and Returns

We know you want your products ASAP, and while we’re not quite at “hand-delivered” speed, we get it to you fast. Here’s the rundown:

Within Australia

🚚 Delivery Time:  7 business days or less—sooner if the postal gods are feeling generous.
📦 Processing Time:  Orders ship out within 1-2 business days. We don’t mess around.
📬 Tracking:  We’ll send you a tracking number so you can refresh your screen 37 times a day (we all do it) and so you can stalk your package like a true alpha.

Worldwide 🌍

🚚 Delivery Time:  Up to 21 business days, depending on where you are. Some places are harder to reach (we see you, Antarctica).
📦 International Fees:  Customs may charge extra—sadly, we don’t control world governments (yet). We cannot pay VAT fees or any other stamp duties or government items. Since we are an honest business, we are unable to put on packages "Gifts" to avoid such fees!
📬 Tracking:  We’ll send you a tracking number so you can refresh your screen 37 times a day (we all do it) and so you can stalk your package like a true alpha.


Returns & Exchanges: No Drama, Just Solutions

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? Accidentally let your dog chew on it? No worries—we’ve got your back, well for most things.

The Basics:

30-Day Returns: If your item is unused, undamaged, and still as fresh as the day it arrived with all tags, wrapping, and smells fresh like a pine tree forest, send it back within 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items? That’s on us, if your order shows up looking rougher than a Monday morning, let us know, and we’ll fix it. But, please note, due to our razor sharp attention like the alpha, products are inspected before leaving our location!

What We Can’t Take Back – The No-Go List

We’re all about keeping things fair, but even Nature Nurture Fizzy Potions has its limits. Here’s what we can’t accept for returns or exchanges:

Custom or Personalized Items – If we made it just for you, it’s yours to keep—unless we made a mistake, then we’ll fix it.
Final Sale Items – Some deals are too good to undo. If it was marked final sale, it’s yours for life.
Any items damaged by animals – If your dog had an impressive and classy appetite and accidentally decided to chew, its yours!

Not At Fault Claims-
If we however accept to receive a return and we are not at fault, customer must pay ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS. Products must be in original condition as sent and must have labels attached.
